It all started in Lela Papayiannides’ kitchen in her wonderful mansion,
located in the area Kioski in Mitilini, at the end of the previous century.
Mother and son followed traditional recipes
written in the grandmother’s small notebooks.
As time went by, a collection of marmalades, jams and tomato sauces was created,
from carefully selected ingredients.
Our bet is to taste products, just as your grandmother cooked them,
in your breakfast, main meal, dinner, dessert.
“Flavor take off” in every meal is our goal.
