– BOIL THE BEANS AND THROW AWAY THE WATER

– WE FINISH IT WITH A LITTLE OIL IN KATSAROLA

– WE MIX IN THE BLENDER CARROTS, ONION, CELERY AND TOMATOES AND WE ADD THEM

– SLOW BOIL WITH SUFICIENT BOILING WATER
