(STEW, BALSAMIC PEPPERS, EGGPLANT OR ORANGE)

1 VEGETABLE CUBE

CORN AND PEAS (OPTIONALLY)

1 ONION

1 CARROT

1 TOMATO

SALT AT WILL

FRESH PEPPER

 

 

 

– BOIL THE LENTILS AND THROW THE WATER AWAY

– WE FINISH IT WITH A LITTLE OIL IN THE POT

– MIX IN THE BLENDER THE CARROT, THE ONION AND THE TOMATO AND ADD THEM

– ADD CORN AND PEAS, PAPAYIANNIDES SAUCE AND THE VEGETABLE CUBE

– SLOW BOIL WITH ENOUGH WATER

– NEAR THE END ADD SALT AND PEPPER AT WILL

– ADD A LITTLE OIL AND STIR

– SERVE WITH ORANGE ZEST
