250GR FLOUR

125GR POWDERED SUGAR

1 EGG YOLK

1 PINCH OF SALT

2-3 TABLESPOONS COLD WATER

STUFFING:

PAPAYIANNIDES MARMALADE OF YOUR CHOICE

 

 

 

– ADD IN THE BUCKET OF THE MIXER THE BUTTER, THE FLOUR, THE POWDERED SUGAR AND THE SALT AND MIX THEM WITH THE HOOK UNTIL THE DOUGH BINDS TO THE HOOK

– ADD THE YOLK AND THE COLD WATER

– COVER THE DOUGH WITH A MEMBRANE AND LET IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR

– SPREAD THE DOUGH WITH A ROLLING PIN AND SPRINKLE FLOUR

– ADD THE DOUGH IN THE ROUND PAN AND MAKE WALLS

– MAKE HOLES WITH A FORK

– ADD THE JAM OF YOUR CHOICE AND WITH THE EXTRA DOUGH MAKE SOME SHAPES

– SPREAD IN THE PARTS WHERE THERE IS DOUGH WITH VISIBLE EGG WHITES

– ADD IN THE UPPER PART OF THE OVEN

– BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 180 DEGREES IN A PRE-HEATED OVEN FOR 35 TO 40 MINUTES

– LET IT COLD AND SERVE
