FOR THE DOUGH:

1 SACHET OF YEAST

160 GR EVAPORATED MILK IN ROOM TEMPERATURE

40 GR LUKEWARM WATER

SOME SUGAR

SOME SALT

2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL

APPROX 300 GR OF FLOUR

STUFFING:

4 SLICES OF HAM

4 SLICES OF CHEDDAR

TRIMMED YELLOW MOZZARELLA

GREEN PEPPER IN GROMMETS

FRESH MUSHROOMS

PAPAYIANNIDES BASIL SAUCE

 

 

 

– MIX THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH IN A BOWL WITH A SPOON AND THEN KNEAD FOR A BIT WITH YOUR HAND

– LET FOR 30 MINUTES

– OPEN THE OVEN IN 230 DEGREES CELCIUS

– DIVIDE THE DOUGH IN TWO AND SPREAD WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL IN THE PANS

– SPREAD THE SAUCE

– ADD HAM, CHEDDAR, AND MOZZARELLA

– SPREAD THE PEPPERS AND THE MUSHROOMS

– SOME OLIVE OIL AND FRESH PEPPER

– BAKE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES

   AND 8 MINUTES IN 200 DEGREES CAREFULLY

– ONCE OUT OF THE OVEN WE ADD A LITTLE OLIVE OIL
