30 GR SUGAR

1 PINCH OF SALT

1 EGG

200 ML MILK

BUTTER FOR THE FRYING PAN

 

 

 

– IN A BOWL WE MIX THE BUTTER AND THE EGG

– ADD THE MILK AND SUGAR AND CONTINUE MIXING THEM

– NEXT ADD THE BAKING POWDER AND THE FLOUR SLOWLY

– FOR BETTER RESULTS LEAVE IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR ONE NIGHT

– IN A FRYING PAN WITH MEDIUM FIRE ADD ONE LADLE OF THE MIXTURE

– COOK FROM THE OTHER SIDE WHEN IT MAKE BUBBLES IN THE MIDDLE

– SERVE WITH PAPAYIANNIDES JAM OF YOUR CHOICE
