500 GR MINCED BEEF

2 TRIMMED CARROTS

TRIMMED FRESH TOMATO

3 TABLESPOONS OF BALSAMIC WITH PEPPERS SAUCE PAPAYIANNIDES

(OR BASIL OR STEW OR EGGPLANT)

1 VEGETABLE CUDE

SOME OLIVE OIL

SALT

FRESH PEPPER

TRIMMED YELLOW CHEESE OR FETA

 

 

– FRY THE MINCED MEAT IN A DEEP FRYING PAN UNTIL IT CHANGES COLOR

– ADD THE CARROT, THE SAUCES AND THE VEGETABLE CUBE

– ADD SALT AND PEPPER AT WILL

– BOIL THE SPAGHETTI FOR 2-3 MINUTES LESS THAN THE INSTRUCTION ON THE PACKET

– TAKE THEM OUT OF THE POT AND TRANSFER THEM IN THE MINCED MEAT WITH A PIERCED LADLE

– ADD ONE CUP OF WATER FROM THE BOILED SPAGHETTI

– MIX WELL

– ADD CHEESE

– SERVE RIGHT AWAY
